Biography
Timothy P. Kelly Jr. earned his Juris Doctor degree from Saint John’s University School of Law in 2001. Tim also has earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology & Criminal Justice from Eastern New Mexico University. Prior to opening the Kelly Law Firm, Tim served as legal counsel for the Staten Island Rapid Transit Police PBA. Tim was also an attorney for the State of New Jersey . Tim is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York and he is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the New Jersey State Bar Association. He practices in New Jersey and New York in the areas of Asset Protection, Estate Planning, Trusts, Probate and Trust Administration, Criminal Law and Mental Health Law. In addition to his legal background, Tim is a Visiting Professor teaching in the areas of Business and Criminal Law. Tim has also worked as a campus director for a regionally accredited university.
