Biography

Known locally and nationally for his knowledge and experience in DUI - OVI cases, Tim Huey is frequently interviewed by the media for DUI news stories. He is a frequent guest on the Bob Connor show on 610 WTVN and has appeared on all local TV Channels. Here he is being interviewed by Channel 6 reporter Emily Riemer about the State's controversial purchase of the Intoxilyzer 8000 breath machine. Mr. Huey -as DUI Chairman of the Ohio Assn. of Criminal Defense lawyers warned Ohio officials that they would regret the purchase. Mr. Huey is currently aggressively challenging the results of Intoxilyzer Instruments in Court.
