Biography
I am licensed attorney in good standing with both the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and New York state. For the last 6 years I have been involved in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various commercial agreements including, but limited to, master service agreements, software licenses, non-disclosure, joinders, and statements of work.
I have worked in the areas of healthcare, finance, and management consulting for some of the top companies in these respective industries. Due to the heavy regulations involved I am well aware of the need for attention to detail, how to protect the clients from unnecessary risk, protect their intellectual property, and ensure that they make informed decisions before signing legally binding documents.
