Biography
I help individuals and small businesses with both transactions and litigation. Whether a client is seeking to close a real estate transaction, improve the language in its contracts, or resolve a dispute, I provide professional and creative advice to advance their goals. Along with the team of attorneys and staff at my firm, I build relationships with my clients to help them stay out of the courtroom when they can and get things done in the courtroom when they have to.
