Put that experience behind you before you start dealing with an insurance company. Gene Leverty was the Chief Deputy Insruance Commissioner in the State of Nevada from 1972-1979. Since 1979, Gene Leverty has honed the knowledge he gained at the Nevada Division of Insurance in his insurance law practice. In 2010, Patrick Leverty received a Masters in Insurance Law (LL.M.) from the University of Connecticut. Patrick Leverty’s Masters Degree and practice in insurance law gives him a great understanding of how insurance companies operate, and perhaps more importantly, how insurance companies should operate.
