Biography

I have been a solo practitioner who has been trying cases to juries since 2003. I focus mainly on wrongful death, personal injury & employment discrimination & other civil rights cases, but have also enjoyed a diverse, primarily civil law, practice. I am a life member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an elite status enjoyed by less than 1% of American lawyers, owing to my role as principal counsel in obtaining a jury verdict in a wrongful death case in excess of $ 3.7 million in 2014. I am also a former federal judicial clerk for very active federal trial judge, a former state prosecutor & am licensed & actively admitted to practice law in Florida, Kentucky & multiple federal courts, both at the trial & appellate levels.
