Biography

Michael Feldman is a Partner in the firm’s Litigation Department. He Joined the firm in 1992. Mr. Feldman is the Director of the Truck Accident Trial Group.

Michael Feldman is Dean of the New York State Trial Lawyers Institute. He is on the Board of the Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. He is a Member of the American Association of Justice, Association of Plaintiff’s Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America, New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, National Trial Lawyers and the Bronx County Bar Association.

Mr. Feldman has lectured on Nursing home litigation, Trucking litigation, and Trial Advocacy. He has lectured at numerous Bar Associations and colleges.

Michael Feldman has been named as a Top 100 Lawyer in the State of New York by National Trial Lawyers. He has been certified as a life member of both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi- Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

He has been named by Reuters as a SuperLawyer. He was designated Top Lawyer in the New York Metropolitan Area by the American Registry. Mr. Feldman is an Arbitrator with the Civil Court, City of New York. Mr. Feldman is also a Veterans Administration accredited attorney.

$6 Million dollar verdict awarded to Brooklyn client seriously injured in a pedestrian knockdown involving a city bus.

$3.4 Million dollar settlement before trial. A 30-year-old female Rockland County pedestrian sustained multiple lower extremity injuries as a result of being hit by a bus. At the time of the incident the injured plaintiff’s 2-year-old child was also struck and tragically died a few days later.

Although our client’s doctor notified both the nursing home and the nursing home’s food delivery service company that our client had strict food restrictions, both parties neglected to follow the doctor’s orders. Our client was served food she was unable to eat and tragically choked to death.

$2 Million dollar settlement awarded, Manhattan lawyer hires firm for Bronx trial.

$1.8 Million dollar verdict awarded to client seriously injured in a construction accident at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

June 30th 2015: New York State Trial Lawyers Institute (NYSTLI) Traumatic Brain Injury seminar, a presentation was developed to help attorneys recognize, screen and build a traumatic brain injury case utilizing the latest technology, testing, evaluations and assessments.
