Biography
Attorney Michael Probst is a former Assistant Prosecuting Attorney with over 15 years of handling criminal matters and significant trial experience in DUI cases, sex offenses, drug offenses and other criminal matters. Michael realizes that bad things sometimes happen to good people and we are not here to judge our clients. We are here to listen. We pride ourselves on listening to what the client has to say and what they want to accomplish out of their case. We then spend a considerable amount of time mapping out how we are going to accomplish this objective for the client. We encourage all clients to become involved in assisting with their own defense, as we value the client’s input. Once we begin work for a client, we are in constant contact, because we believe that a client who is informed is better represented. Experience is the key to successful legal representation.
