Biography

Matthew Dolman is the President and Managing Partner of Dolman Law Group Accident Injury Lawyers, PA Accident Injury Lawyers, PA, a Clearwater personal injury and civil trial law firm. Mr. Dolman focuses much of his practice on the litigation of catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases throughout Florida. In fact, he only represents plaintiffs who have been physically injured as a result of the negligence exhibited by an individual or corporation. The Dolman Law Group Accident Injury Lawyers, PA Accident Injury Lawyers, PA, has not and will not represent the interests of a Florida insurance carrier.

Mr. Dolman is a proven fighter for injury victims and has been honored for his many achievements. He is a lifetime member of both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Membership in the Million and Multi-Million Advocates Forum is limited to attorneys who have obtained million and multi-million verdicts and/or settlements on behalf of their injured clients. After earning a B.S. in Communications with a dual focus in Broadcast Journalism and Screenwriting from the prestigious Roy H. Park School of Communications at Ithaca College, Mr. Dolman received his Jurist Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. Stetson is regarded as one of the top trial advocacy programs in the United States and routinely ranks among the top three by U.S. News & World Report.

Mr. Dolman resides in Clearwater, Florida, and has built his practice based on word of mouth referrals from current and former satisfied clients. His business model is based on personal service for his personal injury clients and he seeks to differentiate himself from the settlement mills by regularly litigating his cases and remaining accessible.
