Biography
Committed to quick and clear communication with clients, and to treating all people with respect, Marc’s primary practice areas are real estate transactions, business formation and contract negotiations and drafting. Marc is also a Supreme Court of Missouri Rule 17-Approved Civil Mediator.
Marc is admitted to practice law in Missouri, Illinois and New York, is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Missouri and holds a certificate in Economic Development. He has worked at law firms, as in-house for a successful real estate developer, and as a small business owner of his own firm.
With experience in a variety of real estate and other business transactions from the perspectives of the attorney, the investor, the business owner and the developer, Marc is uniquely positioned to help all clients, no matter how small or large, achieve their goals.
