Biography

I have been practicing family law in Lake County, Illinois for over 15 years. My goal is to provide my clients with honest and practical advice, based upon the law, in order to help you make informed decisions to proceed now, but also to assist you in preparing for the future.

My practice focuses on matters related to family law, including divorce, parental allocation responsibilities, parenting time/visitation, maintenance, child support and paternity cases. When selecting an attorney to represent you in one of these types of matters, it is important to find someone you trust, but who is all familiar with the area of family law. I am also a mediator and divorce coach.

I earned my B.A. in Legal Studies and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and received my Juris Doctor cum laude from Northern Illinois University College of Law. I am a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Lake County Bar Association and past President of the Association of Women Attorney's of Lake County.
