Biography
I am am attorney at Parikh Law Group. I specialize in all aspects of civil litigation with a focus on complex commercial litigation, in both state and federal court as well as federal bankruptcy court. Some of the cases I have litigated include partnership disputes, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty cases and complex foreclosures.
Currently as an attorney at the Parikh Law Group, I practice primarily on litigating commercial disputes. I counsel my clients on the most effective litigation strategies and how to achieve the most desirable results in the most efficient manner. Should litigation ultimately be necessary, I have the experience to take a case from filing a complaint through trial.
In 2014 and 2015, I was named as an Illinois Super Lawyers "Rising Star" in the field of General Litigation. The Super Lawyers Rising Stars selection process is based on peer recognition and professional achievement. Only 2.5 percent of Illinois lawyers under the age of 40 or who have been practicing 10 years or less earn this designation.
