Practicing law in Colorado since 2007, Justie is a former prosecutor with the largest district attorney’s office in the state, where she handled a wide array of cases: traffic, misdemeanor, felony, and juvenile, covering everything from DUI/DWAI’s to felony assaults and armed robbery. She comes with extensive trial experience, and handles cases across the Front Range, throughout Northeastern Colorado, and even the I-70 corridor. If Justie can't help you, she has a large network of attorneys ready for referrals who can. In addition to her work on criminal court cases, Justie is also a real estate broker, well-versed in business’ legal needs, and an entrepreneur. Armed with her degrees in Accounting and Political Science from Colorado State University and law degree from the University of Denver, Justie founded Nicol Law Offices, LLC in 2015, and has been dedicated to ensuring personalized attention to her clients ever since – every step of the way!
