Biography

Practice limited to class action litigation on behalf of consumers for unfair and deceptive acts and practices and for employees who were deprived of proper wages such as minimum wages, overtime wages and tips. I have been involved in over 400 such cases in state and Federal Courts throughout the country and have helped consumers and employees recover many tens of millions of dollars.
