Biography
I have been a trial lawyer for over twenty-five years. The first 7 years of my career were spent defending insurance companies and businesses from lawsuits. For the last 20 years, I have been with Martin & Jones representing people and their families injured or killed by the negligence of others. I have tried dozens of cases to jury verdict in North Carolina and other states. I have obtained multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements against trucking companies, railroads, automobile insurance companies, and some of the largest corporations in the Country. My passion is to protect my clients' legal rights and fight to obtain all compensation allowed under the law.
