Biography
The son of a steelworker in West Virginia and the first person in his family to attend college, Eric Chaffin has dedicated his life to representing plaintiffs and getting results. In 2010, Mr. Chaffin co-founded the law firm in New York City, focusing on product liability law. Since then, they've expanded into traditional personal injury and trucking litigation in the Ohio Valley region of eastern Ohio, West Virginia and Western Pennsylvania where Mr. Chaffin grew up. He is a former federal prosecutor in New York City and his impressive background in both civil and criminal law allows him to provide versatile, knowledgeable and highly skilled legal representation for the firm's personal injury and whistle-blower clients.
