Biography

Castelblanco Law Group, APLC is a Los Angeles-based law firm that focuses exclusively on tenant rights. We work exclusively to protect residents of leased property from substandard living conditions. Since 1995, we have represented thousands of tenants in legal claims against landlords for unsafe or unlivable housing conditions. We represent claims involving: fallen ceilings, unsound walls, leaks, lead paint and pipes, bedbugs, cockroaches and rodent infestations. We also defend clients against evictions and breach of lease.
Through our work, we have recovered multi-million dollar verdicts and settlement. For example, in one case, we represented 20 families who were residents of a low-income apartment building; we successfully resolved the case involving rodent and insect infestation, allergens and harassment for over $4.6 million.
