Biography

Skilled at handling landlord-tenant matters. I represent landlords and tenants (not at the same time, obviously) because I believe it makes me better at what I do when I routinely deal with either side of the same transaction.

Wrote the landlord-tenant chapter for Matthew Bender's 2015 Real Property Deskbook for Washington, and prevailed in Prudhon v Thoreson Homes, LLC, Slip Op. 74434-8.
