Biography

Tempore for Las Vegas Justice Court, of the Miley Law Firm is licensed to practice law in California, Texas, Nevada and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. As an accomplished Las Vegas criminal defense attorney, Mr. Miley has authored several legal articles and contributes to numerous boards and committees on behalf of the State Bar of Nevada. He is also a member of the divorce and domestic section of the State Bar of Nevada, the State Bar of Texas and the State Bar of California.

Listed in Marquis’ Who’s Who and nationally rated by Martindale Hubble, Edward R. Miley is a member of the Nevada Attorneys for Criminal Justice, Nevada Trial Lawyers Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, American Bar Association, California Trial Lawyers’ Association.
