Biography
The approach to legal representation by Hughes & Nelson is truly unique. We work with clients to develop individual solutions to complex family law problems. From child custody, high conflict, or major asset issues, we work to identify many options and think creatively to find solutions to achieve client goals. Legal representation is a collaborative process between client and attorney, with the law and application to the specific case communicated to allow each client to make an informed decision about the direction of litigation. Having a history both as a litigator and trial attorney as well as cases negotiated or mediated to positive agreements, we are able to work through many potential solutions based on the facts of each case.
