Biography
Daniel’s practice focuses primarily on helping clients obtain patents and trademarks (both within the U.S. and abroad), online privacy policies and terms of use agreements, confidential information and intellectual property assignment agreements, and intellectual property due diligence associated with mergers and acquisition and investment transactions.
Daniel has drafted and prosecuted patent applications for start-ups of all stages and multinational corporations. In addition to his practice, Daniel also teaches a course in intellectual property law at the extension program of the University of California, Berkeley.
Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley and a law degree from Duke University Law School. Daniel is a member of the state bar of California and registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
