Boeheim Freeman Law is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Brian Boeheim and Ciera Freeman began their practice as a Criminal Litigation Firm focused on the most difficult criminal cases, including murder and child abuse. They have since expanded and are known in the legal community for their zealous and effective representation of clients throughout Tulsa and the surrounding counties in the fields of Criminal Law and Family Law.
Boeheim Freeman Law was created with two things in mind, "Providing Best in Class Legal Services, and Treating Every Client with Respect." The attorneys at Boeheim Freeman Law have litigated thousands of cases with a 20% dismissal rate. The Criminal Trial Division is well known for their many trial acquittals of Defendants accused of murder, rape, robbery, child abuse, and drug offenses.

  EXPERIENCED TULSA ATTORNEY
  In 2015, Mr. Boeheim handled over 200 cases with over 30 dismissals and 5 trial victories. In 2016, Mr. Boeheim once again handled over 200 cases with over 45 dismissals. In 2017, he was able to argue a 4th amendment victory and have his client's Aggravated Drug Trafficking case dismissed. He also won a NGRI (not guilty by reason of insanity) for a young mother with postpartum psychosis. In 2018, Mr. Boeheim got a not guilty in a First Degree Murder Trial based on a defense of self-defense. He also successfully defended clients in trials including Felony Murder, Armed Robbery, Sexual Assault, Child Abuse, and Child Neglect. In 2019, he received a not guilty decision from a jury in a 1st Degree Rape trial. In 2020, Brian Boeheim received three (3) not guilty verdicts in Child Abuse and Sexual Assault trials.
