Biography

Andrew Mishlove is known and respected throughout the United States as an expert in Wisconsin OWI cases. AVVO, an independent lawyer rating service, has rated him as the top Wisconsin OWI/DUI defense lawyer and one of the top DUI attorneys in the United States. Together, Attorneys Mishlove and Stuckert are Wisconsin’s only board-certified drunk driving defense specialists.

In July, 2011, Andrew Mishlove was named to a seat on the governing Board of Regents of the National College for DUI Defense (NCDD), the ABA-accredited College that certifies drunk driving defense specialists. He is one of only fourteen Regents in the United States. In 2011, he was selected as an instructor on field sobriety testing and the rules of evidence at the Wisconsin Judicial Conference, sponsored by the Wisconsin Supreme Court, where he taught Wisconsin judges and even members of the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

He is one of only a handful of attorneys in the United States who have been selected to sit on the DUI Committee of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, where he represents Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana.
