Biography

Mrs. Michele Diglio-Benkiran is a Partner at NeJame Law, P.A. She heads the Real Estate Division and practices Real Estate and Business Law. Mrs. Diglio-Benkiran has been practicing law for over fifteen years with a special emphasis on Real Estate and Business Law.

Mrs. Diglio-Benkiran earned her Juris Doctor Cum Laude from Michigan State University College of Law in 1999 where she was the Business Manager of Journal of Medicine and Law, Justice of Phi Alpha Delta, a scholarship recipient, and published in Who’s Who: American Law Students 1998. Mrs. Diglio-Benkiran graduated from law school and immediately began working at the Office of the State Attorney – 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida where gained valuable courtroom experience prosecuting both misdemeanor and felony cases.

Michele Diglio-Benkiran grew up in an entrepreneurial family where she learned business fundamentals at a very early age. Over the years Mrs. Diglio-Benkiran owned several thriving businesses including a multi-million dollar manufacturing business, a shelving distribution company and a full-service hair salon. As such, Mrs. Diglio-Benkiran understands the fundamentals of successful business practices. Mrs. Diglio-Benkiran incorporates this “hands-on” business knowledge and experience when counseling her business clients. Mrs. Diglio-Benkiran understands, implements and counsels on the principals of “deal making” and not “deal breaking.”
